Friends, well-wishers, dignitaries, members of the Diplomatic Corps and politicians, joined the Saudi Ambassador to South Africa and his staff in celebrating the 92nd Saudi National Day, last Friday, September 23, under the slogan ‘It’s our home.’
His Excellency, Ambassador Sultan Al Angari welcomed all guests with warm hospitality at the Sheraton Hotel in Pretoria. Each year during this period, the celebration brings forth glorious memories of Saudi history when the founder of the Kingdom, His Majesty, King Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud unified the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Also in attendance at the auspicious event, was South African Minister of Police, Bheki Cele and Minister of Tourism, Lindiwe Sisulu.
