Angelique Mikayla Naidoo known as Angie was born on February 23, 1997, to Monty and Catherine Naidoo and baby sister to Keegan and 1st best friend to her little brothers, Adrian and Brittany. As a child she always shone brighter than a diamond, always smiling, always laughing and always lighting up every room she entered. She schooled both primary and high school in Lotus Gardens and during her high school days, she met the love of her life, Kyle Padayachy, who would later become her soul mate, friend, confidante and her one and only. One could never separate Kyle and Angie, a pair made in heaven.
Out of their deep love for each other, they had a beautiful bundle of joy, named Kaiyaan. On June 12, 2021, Kyle decided to make Angie his beautiful bride. That day was the happiest day of their lives. Angie loved her little family and protected ‘her boys’ right until the very end. To Angie they were her everything. Angie’s dream was always to become a star, but little did she realise, she was already our Super Star and was part of ‘The Chosen—God’s Chosen’. Singing was her passion and this was best shown when she became part of Bethesda Revival’s worship team in Laudium.
Angie’s love for God knew no boundaries and she never lost faith in Him, no matter what she faced. She was a tenacious and vivacious young lady who knew what she wanted in life. She loved everyone and there was never a dull moment when you were with her. Today we bid farewell to a wonderful wife, an extraordinary mother, sister, aunt, friend and to wrap it all up, an amazing soul.
Angie leaves behind her husband Kyle, her son Kaiyaan, her parents, in-laws, her siblings and a trail of family and friends, just too many to mention.
