Dayyanah Carrim-Ganey (18) of Claudius – Crawford International, Pretoria, achieved 7 distinctions in: English, Afrikaans, Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting and Life Orientation. She plans to study Economic Science at the University of Witwaterstrand. Dayyanah told the Laudium Sun, “I always remember that Allah (SWT) reminds us in the Quraan ‘With every difficulty comes ease’. As 2021 was no easy year, this is what motivated me throughout my matric year, along with the support and duas of my family and friends. Even with all the academic stress, I still managed to have an incredible Grade 12 year, filled with amazing people and memories that I will forever cherish. Good Luck to the
Matriculants of 2022!”
