I have been in the sporting field for about 46 years. I still enjoy playing for the masters. I currently play for Mighty Stars FC.
· For all our readers, please tell us what attracted you to this sport?
It was my passion and love for the sport. This was a way of staying out of trouble and a way to burn energy. We were able to socialize, make new friends and share ideas related to the sport.

This is very difficult to remember, since there were many proud moments. The one that really stands out was when we won against the Russian Blizzards, who were from Ga Rankuwa.

At a young age I developed a passion for soccer. I had friends, coaches and excellent mentors who helped me excel. They were my two uncles, Patrick ‘let them dance’ Molala and Victor Motimela, my friend Alphius Kekana and mentor Dashy Bhaktawar. They all mentored, coached and gave me all the support and encouragement that I needed to make a success of my skill.

My greatest inspiration was Thomas Hlongwane. He was a professional player who supported, mentored and guided me . He was always by my side to motivate me and get my adrenalin pumping.
· What message would you like to give to our readers?
Soccer is a sport which unites people from all over the world. It does not discriminate. The youth should develop a passion to play the sport. They should have a positive mind set and pursue their dreams. They should be encouraged to develop a team spirit and have socializing skills.
