GP:Police were performing joint operation including visibility, stop and searches operations around Laudium area yesterday 2021-09-08 morning .
Police spotted two males looking suspicious standing along the road at Mustard street Laudium.
They were then approached , upon searching the suspects .
Substance suspected to be drugs with street value of R6370.00 was found in possession on the suspect.
Suspects on their thirties was immediately arrested for possession suspected drugs, possession of suspected drugs.
In-separate incident:Police continue with discipline operation on the sameday yesterday afternoon in Itireleng informal settlement,two illegal tarvens were closed and two suspects ages 35 males were arrested for selling liqour without licence.
Police will continue to leave no stone unturned to ensure that our communities are and feel safe .
