Diwali is a festival held dear to us. This goes out in loving memory of our very special lady. She was the light that all our lives revolved around. Mila Rampersad, from Crimson Street, Laudium, she was the best mother/ sister /grandma & aunt. She was everything in one. During this time she would be making all preparations for Diwali & then Diwali day we’d have lunch by her during this time so many memories flood our minds. Last year this time was our last Diwali with you & we didn’t even know it. She’d always go all out for us, making different meals to cater to everyone’s different taste buds. She was always the strength of the family. During bad & good times you were the first person we went to. Diwali will never be the same without you, in fact our lives will never be the same since you left us on the 19th January 2022. She will always be in our hearts and mind. We’re so extremely grateful to have been blessed with her presence in our lives. She was the strongest & the gentlest soul we’ve ever known.
