Online school was a difficult and new approach, but Alhamdulillah I was able to grasp everything I needed to learn efficiently. My parents and sisters were my main motivation to get through my matric year. They were always there for me when I needed them. There were times when giving up felt like an option, but the Almighty guided me into a better state of mind. Not only was this year tough because of Covid but having to deal with extra sickness made it even more difficult. They kept me motivated when I felt it was the end of the road for me because I couldn’t literally do anything. Not even to walk or hold a pen.
